1. Always check the grounding device of the tanker for reliable grounding
The tanker is well grounded, which can effectively eliminate static electricity, filter out external interference, increase the working stability of the tanker computer motherboard and the security of data parameters, and can well eliminate the potential safety hazards caused by static electricity.
2. Always check the grounding resistance of the oil gun
The oil gun, movable joint, rubber hose and oil sight should be connected reliably. If the fuel gun is poorly grounded, the static electricity on the vehicle cannot be released through the fuel gun, movable joint, hose, oil sight, fuel dispenser, ground wire, and the earth when refueling, which will cause the fuel gun and the vehicle fuel tank during refueling. There is a fire phenomenon, which may cause a dangerous accident.
3. Always check whether the exhaust pipe of the tanker is unobstructed
When the weather is hot, the exhaust volume of the tanker exhaust pipe increases. If the exhaust is blocked due to artificial blocking or other reasons, the tanker may have the following faults:
1. The metering of the tanker is inaccurate;
2. The oil and gas separation of the tanker fails, there are air bubbles in the oil sight, and gas is discharged when refueling;
3. There is a pause when refueling;
4. The switch of the fuel dispenser jumps the number;
5. The refueling machine does not produce oil in hot weather;
6. The oil and gas separator or combined pump, gear pump body burst;
7. The glass of the sight oil device burst;
8. There is leakage inside the tanker, causing valve leakage, joint seal leakage, etc.
4. Always check the temperature of the tanker
When the weather is hot, the sunshade measures of some tankers are not perfect, and the sun exposure causes the temperature of the tanker to be too high, which in turn causes the following failures of the tanker:
1. The tanker does not produce oil in hot weather;
2. The tanker stops when refueling;
3. When the tanker refuels, the flow changes from large to small;
4. The number jumps when the fuel dispenser is switched on and off;
5. The LCD screen is damaged;
6. The main board is unstable;
7. The battery is damaged;
8. The transformer and power board are damaged;
9. The glass of the sight oil device burst.
Five, pay attention to check the internal pressure of the tanker
When the weather is hot, the internal pressure of the tanker will further increase. When the pressure of the tanker is too large, the service life of the tanker will be shortened, which will cause the following failures:
1. The vibration of the tanker is too large;
2. The switch jumps the number;
3. The oil pump is damaged;
4. The solenoid valve diaphragm is damaged;
5. Oil leakage occurs in each joint component;
6. The glass of the sight oil device burst;
7. Oil leaks after the oil gun is closed;
8. When refueling, the oil and gas volatilize too much, causing the oil smell in the gas station to increase, which is not only unfavorable for environmental protection, but also a safety hazard;
9. The leakage of the flowmeter is too large, causing inaccurate measurement.
6. Always check whether there is oil leakage inside the tanker
If there is oil leakage inside the tanker, it will cause too much oil accumulation at the bottom of the tanker. In addition, the weather temperature is high, especially gasoline is extremely volatile, and gasoline vapor is denser than air, so it is easy to accumulate in low-lying places, which can form explosive with air. Mixtures, any small sparks or static electricity invisible to the naked eye can cause dangerous accidents at the gas station.
7. Always pay attention to check whether the explosion-proof performance of each explosion-proof junction box of the tanker is good, and eliminate potential safety hazards in time
1. Check whether the leads of each junction box are loose. If there is looseness, the oil and gas will enter the explosion-proof box, and the sparks of the explosion-proof box will also jump out, which will cause safety accidents;
2. Whether the bolts of each explosion-proof box are fully installed, and whether the sealing surface of the explosion-proof box is well sealed;
3. Check whether the wiring terminals and connectors inside the explosion-proof box are firmly installed. If they are loose, it will cause sparks, burn out the connectors, and cause the oil dispenser to work abnormally.
Eight, pay attention to check whether the performance of the power supply switch of the tanker is good
The abnormal contact of the power supply switch of the fuel dispenser will cause the power supply of the fuel dispenser to be intermittent, especially when the fuel dispenser motor starts, causing the power supply voltage of the fuel dispenser to drop, the fuel dispenser works instantly abnormally, and sometimes the following faults are caused:
1. The tanker stops when refueling;
